General Questions

Q) What payment options does JE Images support?

  1. Currently we support Paypal, Venmo, and Cash. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. I can send you an simple link to make payment.
  2. To make a payment through PayPal without opening an account yourself, you'll have to have the recipient send you an invoice or money request. This means you'll receive an email with either a detailed invoice — usually if you're paying a business — or a simple note explaining what the money is needed for.

Q) Do you deliver every image you shoot?

  1. No. I eliminate photos for many reasons such as poor expressions, focus being off, duplicate photos. Overall, it’s so I can offer the best quality. Some examples of why I might not choose a photo also include when I am looking for a specific candid shot. Sometimes those photos can come off awkward or unflattering; thus, I look for the best photos taken and offer those. So, I might take extra pictures to make sure I get exactly what we’re looking for.

To add, I also offer photography sessions outside. A few of my favorites are the Old Town Market, Gene Leahy Mall, Chalco Lake, Schramm Park, and more.

Q) I have no idea how to dress for the occasion. Can you help me with this issue?

Q) Why can’t I have my photos without post-production / touch up?

Q) What is your Mission for your Photography Business?

I do this by providing an enjoyable atmosphere, prepping for my sessions, asking you questions, and talking to you. My utmost goal is that you treasure the results of my services for years to come.

Q) What makes you stand out from the rest of the photographers?

  1. What makes me stand out is my keen eye for detail. For example, do you have a watch on, is your necklace straight, is your hair needing to be positioned a different way, and then the next important part is the environment. I add a little bit of lighting into the mix and boom, a beautiful photo and memory is created. The other thing that stands me out is communication. I work 110% to make sure you are happy and knowledgeable on what to expect so you are never questioning if you can trust me.

At the end of the day this is all the technical stuff and your situation might call to have things handled differently. If I do need to make a change it will and should be documented via email correspondence and acknowledged by both parties before any changes will occur if our agreement differs from this page.
